Below are the instructions for handling your rented linens on the day of checkout. Please review them carefully to avoid any additional charges. These instructions will also be included in the linen bag upon arrival at your rental property.
Checkout Procedure:
✅ Place each set of sheets inside the corresponding pillowcase.
✅ Return all rented items to the original bag.
✅ Place the bag outside the front door by 10:00 AM on your checkout day.
⚠️Important:
A retrieval fee will be charged for any items left inside the property or not available for pickup by 10:00 AM.
Missing or damaged items will be billed accordingly.
In the event that bedbugs are reported in the rental or found in the linens, the property owner will be responsible for the cost of any linens that must be discarded.
